As an Artificial Intelligence Lead for the Insurance Domain, you will drive the strategic development and implementation of AI technologies across the insurance value chain. Your role will accelerate digital transformation, enhance risk assessment and claims efficiency, and strengthen customer engagement through advanced AI solutions.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with insurance business objectives (growth, loss‑ratio optimisation, customer retention, operational efficiency).
• Identify and prioritise high‑impact AI and GenAI use cases across the value chain:
  • Underwriting automation and risk scoring
  • Pricing optimisation and actuarial model enhancement
