Your Role

As AI Engineer at Bank J. Safra Sarasin within our newly established AI Center of Excellence (CoE), you will serve as a technical architect and contribute to build our private banking AI ecosystem. You will bridge the gap between high‑level AI strategy and production‑grade implementation, designing the core frameworks that power our Generative AI and Agentic initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex AI workflows using state‑of‑the‑art orchestration frameworks such as LiteLLM, n8n, LangChain, LangGraph, and CrewAI to support stateful, multi‑turn interactions.
• Manage the integration of multi‑model environments into enterprise ecosystems, optimizing for latency, cost, and token usage.
• Architect high‑performance Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases like pgvector, or Azure AI Search to enhance model accuracy with proprietary banking data.
