TALENT ACQUISITION LEAD


Industry: Beauty & Personal Care E-commerce

Report to: Retail Operations Manager

Responsibilities:


  • In charge of the opening, implementing, and evaluating store operations
  • Developing and maintaining the quality of the store team
  • Keep the store running in a conducive way
  • Creating strategies for increasing public awareness of the store & increasing sales at the store
  • Analyze store operations and the latest trends in the market
  • Responsible for managing and monitoring inventory
  • Do other things that are requested by superiors related to store operations
