Job Title: Area Sales Officer (ASO)

Industry: Automotive/Spare-parts/Paints/Consumer Durables/Tyre/Lubricants/Battery/Oil/
Location: Karnataka - based out of Bangalore (Candidates from Karnataka preferred only)
Qualification: BBA & MBA in Marketing Sales from a reputed college
Experience: Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Secondary Sales and Distribution Management

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve assigned sales targets within the allocated territory.
Develop and maintain a strong and loyal customer base.
Formulate and execute effective sales strategies by analyzing market trends and customer needs.
Manage distributor sales operations and supervise the DSE (Distributor Sales Executive) team.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and channel partners.
Stay updated on product offerings, market competition, and industry developments.
Ensure timely follow-ups for payments and order closures.
