Job Summary

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team in the East Java area to achieve sales targets, expand market penetration, and grow Gold Coin feed products while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate all sales teams in the assigned area to achieve the sales targets set by company management.
• Coordinate all sales teams in the area to ensure that customer feed payments comply with the rules established by company management.
• Hold coordination meetings or provide updates to the Sales Manager and General Manager regarding feed sales, feed payments, market conditions, and other relevant matters.
• Maintain intensive communication with all sales teams in the respective areas and customers.
