Works Delivery Manager (NW&C) - Reactive Rail 
The Works Delivery Manger is the senior leader for the NW&C route reactive works (Excluding Managed stations), The area covered is the West Coast south and Central routes. They will have overall responsibility for the delivery of the work bank including HSEQ, Quality and the financial performance of the reactive contracts (with support from the QS). They will also work with the PPM Manager to ensure that PPM compliance is achieved on the sites within their portfolio. The key elements of this role are to co-ordinate all aspects of the reactive and PPM works to ensure that the works meet the client expectations. The WDM carries out their work in accordance with all the relevant standard operating procedures also in line with the SISK HSEQS policies.
