Job Description
- Lead and execute the commercial and growth strategy for the Pulp & Paper business, ensuring short and mid-term sales objectives and profitability targets are met.
- Act as a strategic partner to customers through a value-based, consultative approach, identifying opportunities via system diagnostics and deep process understanding.
- Own key customer relationships, including price and volume negotiations, ensuring margin discipline and securing internal approvals when required.
- Ensure continuity, sustainability, and growth of the existing business by anticipating customer needs and delivering consistent value.
- Manage and control operating expenses, providing accurate business and market information to support strategic decision-making.
