Role Description

• Manage key operational areas within the warehouse: Inbound, Outbound, Returns, Stock and Infrastructure.
• Actively support and participate in daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
• Lead, develop and organise the warehouse team, maintaining a strong presence on the shop floor.
• Plan and monitor staffing levels and contribute to workforce structuring as the operation grows.
• Ensure accurate and timely stock control, including regular and ongoing stock‑taking activities.
• Identify, initiate and implement practical process improvements within logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, internal standards and health & safety regulations.
• Monitor team performance and take hands‑on action to maintain operational efficiency and capacity.
