**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Lead ready-mix and aggregate operations across assigned plants with a strong focus on safety, service, quality, and operational excellence.
+ Drive commercial performance by partnering with sales, dispatch, and operations teams to meet customer needs and achieve business goals.
+ Optimize production, delivery, fleet utilization, inventory, and cost controls to improve efficiency and profitability.
+ Build, coach, and support high-performing teams while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies, environmental requirements, DOT regulations, and applicable safety standards.
