An Area Director is a critical role within the company, you will oversee our management staff and developing top talent within our restaurants. You will serve as the liaison between your team and the support center ensuring strong communication. As an Area Director, you will focus on daily sales, marketing plans and restaurant operations including cost of goods sold, labor and guest relations.
