Working Pattern

Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least 1 day per week (20% of our time) at one of our office sites, at least 1 day per week (20% of your time) with clients, and the remaining 60% of your week can be spent working from home. As this is a senior leadership role, we expect you to manage your diary to suit business needs.

About this Opportunity

We’re looking for an Area Director to lead and grow our SME Healthcare business across a defined UK region. This senior leadership role carries accountability for commercial performance, client outcomes and people leadership across a portfolio of healthcare clients, including GP practices, dental groups, care providers, pharmacies and healthcare operators.
