Job Description

As the Secretary for our Hato Hone St John Area Committee in Palmerston North, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the Chairperson and committee to deliver positive outcomes for the local hapori.

This voluntary role is all about keeping things moving smoothly — preparing agendas and minutes, coordinating communication, and helping the committee stay connected and focused on their mahi to support our local whānau and hapori.

• You’ll also help strengthen relationships within St John and the wider community, and contribute to building a stronger, more resilient Aotearoa.
