Performs a variety of administrative functions to support the timely execution of marketing plans and the teamβs attainment of targets.

β’ Assists in the analysis of reports received, gathered or generated.
β’ Conducts market research as needed.
β’ Composes and initiates routine correspondence and memoranda.
β’ Resolves routine and simple inquiries from the branch marketing personnel.
β’ Assists in monitoring the budget attainment of the team.
β’ Prepares and distributes minutes of meetings presided by the area head.
β’ Receives, sorts and logs all incoming and outgoing memoranda and other documents/correspondence for the area head.
