Job Description
Job Role:
An Architectural Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the architectural aspects of a project, ensuring it aligns with design intent, construction plans, and regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
β’ Conduct and lead the site inspection (structural and architectural trades) including facade, precast installation.
β’ Involved and led in checking and coordination of shop drawings and as-built drawings with all respective trades (e.g., Architectural, Structural, MEP and Specialist Subcontractors' works).
β’ Support end-to-end tendering process, including preparation of tender documents, coordination of consultant and client meetings and issuance of meeting minutes.
β’ Create clear and concise presentation slides for client management briefings to support decision-making.
