Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead in Site Coordination with all trades.
- Prepare submission of shop drawing / Materials / MOS.
- To ensure work is construct in accordance with contractand drawings.
- Planning of Architectural Works and micro scheduling withother disciplines.
- Liaison with consultants, contractors & authorities onproject matter
- Implement and ensure QC plan
- Procurement and Monitoring of Architectural relatedmaterials.
- To carry out inspection/trade demo/ material testing /mock-up
- To verify VO and prepare back charges.
- Attend sub-con meetings.
- To check and ensure compliance with TOP check list and RI(Arch)
- Attend to Architectural materials, sample board, trade demo and shop drawings submission and submittal reviews comment from consultants.
- Complete design studies and monitor builds
