. Implement and ensure QC plan
. Procurement and Monitoring of Architectural relatedmaterials.
. To carry out inspection/trade demo/ material testing /mock-up
. To verify VO and prepare back charges.
. Attend sub-con meetings.
. To check and ensure compliance with TOP check list and RI(Arch)
. Attend to Architectural materials, sample board, trade
. demo and shop drawings submission and submittal reviews comment from consultants.
. Complete design studies and monitor builds
. Create work schedules.
. To update Architectural progress with scheduling tools.
