Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and coordinate detailed architectural drawings.
- Liaise effectively with Site Engineers, Consultants, Architects, and Suppliers.
- Oversee all phases of the architectural process, from design to completion.
- Organise, document, and monitor architectural coordination, work progress, variation orders, and certification of completed works for assigned projects.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a recognised institution.
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience in a related field.
- Proficient in BIM, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Preferably available to start work on short notice.
- 5-day work week.
- Transport provided at Yew Tee MRT Station.
