Job Description
We are looking for an experienced BIM / Architectural Modeler to join our client in Hengelo. This is a 12-month contract with a direct path to permanent employment.
What you’ll do:
Develop and maintain Revit models (Architecture/Structure)
Prepare 2D drawings & construction documentation
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers & project teams
Ensure compliance with Bouwbesluit and Dutch standards
Support BIM workflows and model revisions throughout the project lifecycle
What we’re looking for:
Fluent Dutch speaker (must)
3–5+ years of BIM/Architectural modeling experience in the Dutch building market
Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills
Experience with commercial, residential, or industrial building projects
