Job Description
Responsibilities
- Involvement in project works from inception to completion
- Responsible for planning, designing and implementing residential projects.
- Create innovative high-quality architectural designs and design solutions including conceptualization, preparation of plans/ graphics/ documentation/ write-ups, specifications and all other project related materials
- Work with internal & external stakeholders e.g. clients, consultants, contractors and workers on various design issues, submissions and the execution of the site works
- Monitor project progress to ensure projects are carried out within contract agreement and schedule
- Attend project / technical / consultant meetings where required Any other duties as and when assigned e.g. Design competition
- Degree in Architecture, BArch or MArch, from recognised and accredited institutions
