Job Opportunity for Senior Design/Technical Architect with BIM Capabilities.

Required Skills

• Concept Design, Schematic Design, Detail Design and Construction Documents.
• Take the lead in technical matters as well as project management.
• Provide design solutions and lead the project(s) from inception to various stages until handover.
• Specification writing, up-to-date knowledge of materials and their applications.
• Participate in the production of drawings at all stages. Lead/supervise other team members during design presentation in all project stages.
• Expertise in Revit & BIM.
