We’re seeking an experienced Architect / Services Design Manager to join the team and take the lead on high-density residential developments from early concept through to construction.
What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and coordinate design and documentation across multi-residential projects
• Work closely with internal development and construction teams
• Produce high-quality detailing and construction documentation
• Oversee project coordination through all phases, ensuring smooth delivery
• Communicate clearly and effectively with consultants, authorities, and contractors
