Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Service Now Platform Architect to define and govern the Service Now platform strategy, architecture, standards, and roadmap. This role will drive scalable, secure, and sustainable platform growth while enabling capabilities across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, HRSD, SPM, Security, Finance, MDM, Enterprise Architecture, AI, and custom applications

The Platform Architect will serve as the technical authority for the Service Now ecosystem, partnering with Enterprise Architecture, Product Owners, Development Teams, Operations, and Business Stakeholders to drive platform modernization, governance, integration, automation, and adoption.
