Job Accountabilities

• Primary role will be to facilitate the Design from Concept to the execution stage
• Assisting the consultants with all issues faced by them and playing an active role in assisting them for resolution of the same with other stakeholders. This includes interface with other vendors / technical details / engineering and submittals / coordination with Procurement & Contracts group.
• Should possess knowledge of various Construction materials and systems.
• Guiding the Planning dept. for release of scope of works and effective monitoring of the Design schedule.
• Periodic review of the design progress and trouble shooting in case of delays.
• Recommending guidelines for finalization of contractors & vendors.
• Coordination with other depts. all the needs & requirement pertaining to the project.
• Issuing guidelines for implementation of all statutory requirements pertaining to the Design
