Role Overview

The Overlay & Technical Planning Executive supports the planning and on-site delivery of temporary hospitality and event infrastructure for large-scale sports and live events. The role focuses on AutoCAD-based technical drawings, overlay coordination, and supplier integration, ensuring layouts are accurate, compliant, and aligned with operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Drawings & Overlay Planning
   • Produce and update AutoCAD drawings for hospitality structures, back-of-house layouts, overlay zones, utilities and temporary infrastructure.
   • Maintain version control and change tracking on all plans.
   • Integrate supplier technical drawings (structures, kitchens, power, water, HVAC, etc.).
   • Coordinate space allocation for FOH, BOH, storage, technical rooms and operational flow.
   • Ensure drawings are aligned with licensing and local authority requirements.
