Responsibilities

• Oversee architectural work at the construction site
• Make sure construction follows approved plans and specifications
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other site teams
• Inspect and monitor quality of architectural finishes
• Help solve design and construction issues on-site
• Attend site meetings and provide updates
• Review and interpret plans and drawings
• Ensure work complies with safety and building standards

Qualifications

• A professional degree in Architecture | BS Architecture
• Licensed Architect is required
• 2 to 4 years of relative working experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp
