Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Consulting: Conduct architectural discovery sessions and Design-and-Build workshops to align technical solutions with business outcomes.
  • Solution Delivery: Lead the end-to-end implementation of OpenShift Virtualization, including platform installation, networking (OVN-K), and storage (OpenShift Data Foundation/Ceph).
  • Migration Leadership: Plan and execute large-scale VM migrations (from VMware or Hyper-V) using the Migration Toolkit for Virtualization (MTV), ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.
  • Automation Mastery: Build and maintain automated deployment pipelines using Ansible and GitOps principles to ensure repeatable, production-ready environments.
  • Client Advocacy: Act as a technical liaison between the customer and Red Hat Product Engineering, identifying product gaps and advocating for feature enhancements.
