Reporting directly to our Operations Manager, Reception Team Leaders take responsibility for managing the reception operations and leading and motivating the team to deliver an exceptional service through practiced standards, policies and procedures. Leading by example you will demonstrate how to welcome and manage guests in a friendly, down‑to‑earth manner, taking great pride and attention towards creating a service that our guests love.
