Job Description

Responsibilities:


+ Oversee daily accounts receivable functions, including billing, cash application, and collections

+ Monitor aging reports and manage past-due accounts, escalating issues when necessary

+ Drive collection efforts to support cash flow and DSO goals

+ Lead, coach, and develop AR team members

+ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and deductions

+ Prepare and analyze AR reports to improve performance and working capital

+ Identify process improvements while ensuring compliance with internal controls

+ Maintain accurate data in ERP systems and support system enhancements
