VMBS is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced AR Follow-Up Specialist to join our growing medical billing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on unpaid and denied medical claims with insurance companies
• Analyze EOBs/ERAs and take appropriate corrective actions
• Resolve claim denials and underpayments efficiently
• Communicate with insurance payers via phone, portals, and email
• Document all follow-up activities accurately
• Collaborate with billing and coding teams to ensure timely reimbursements

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in AR Follow-Up (Medical Billing)
