Your new role
You will play a key role in supporting the Accounts Receivable function across APAC markets. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day AR operations while contributing to process improvements and stronger credit governance.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage end-to-end AR operations including billing, cash application, payment tracking, and reporting
Monitor overdue accounts, follow up on collections, and drive timely resolution of outstanding balances
Handle customer disputes and reconciliation matters, particularly within high-volume environments ( e-commerce)
