About the Role

The AR Collections Specialist is responsible for managing customer billing, cash application, collections, account reconciliations, and receivables reporting. This role works closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure timely collections, resolve billing issues, and support cash flow objectives.

Accounts Receivable Operations

• Process customer invoices and incoming payments
• Apply customer payments (ACH, wire, checks, credit memos) accurately
• Resolve unapplied or misapplied cash transactions
