Alexandra Pool is a busy, year‑round facility serving the Central Otago community. With one of our current Supervisors heading off on an overseas adventure, we are looking for someone ready to step into a key leadership role. This is a front‑floor, visible supervisory position that requires real‑time decisions, team culture shaping, and facility safety and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of Alexandra Pool together with a second supervisor, sharing responsibility for staffing, rostering, and on‑shift decision making.
• Supervise, support, and develop Pool Crew across all shifts, building a positive, high‑performance team culture.
