The incumbent will be responsible for handling frontline staff onboarding, training logistics planning refinement and implementation. S/he will be familiarized with divisional and departmental visions, missions, park theming, policies, SOPS and contingency planning, so as to correctly pass on to the team in the future. S/he will obtain certifications for all essential credential trainings, and especially advancing to instructor/ trainer level. Moreover, s/he will cope with the sourcing and procurement process and setup of necessities for daily operation routines, planning and execution for allΒ operational activation activities.
