Description

:This course will provide an introduction to the basic concepts and tools of the law of evidence. Emphasis is given to general evidentiary concepts, and the law of evidence in civil and administrative proceedings. A number of criminal evidence decisions will be examined to illustrate the principles, however the course does not feature specialized criminal evidence topics, which are covered instead in Criminal Evidence.
