The role is designed for experienced tradespeople who want to move into teaching while continuing to develop their own professional skills. It offers a structured pathway into education, combining on-the-job teaching experience with formal teacher training and mentoring, as you work towards achieving a Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training.

In this role, you will work within a construction curriculum area, supporting learners in developing the practical skills and technical knowledge needed for successful careers in industry.
