We are looking for a Receptionist apprentice who can work between 12 and 20 hours week and can work evenings and weekends. Some daytime reception cover may also be required.

What you'll do:

Booking appointments

Management of therapists' diaries

Taking payments

Ordering and maintaining office and clinic supplies

What we're looking for:

Experience using computers

Be familiar with Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel)

Good communication skills, writing skills and people skills

Willing to travel occasionally
