You will work alongside our ICT Support Officers who have a successful track record of supporting our Apprentices on the ICT Service Desk to provide 1st line assistance for all hardware and software issues and requests from our service users. In addition, we will support you to complete Level 3 Microsoft Azure Cloud Support Specialist Apprenticeship with QA Limited where you will have access to support from a tutor as well as a peer group forum from QA's web portal. The training and experience you gain can be tailored to the needs of the organisation, but also your preferences too so that you can choose which area of ICT you might want to become an expert in and build a successful care...
