Job Description

Description

  • The person will be responsible for completion of day-to-day activity as per standards and ensure accurate and timely delivery of assigned production duties.
  • You needs to ensure adherence to all cut-off times and quality of processing as maintained in SLAs.
  • You should ensure that all queries/first level escalations related to routine activities are responded to within the time frames pre-specified. Should take responsibility and act as backup for the Peers in their absence and share best practices with the team.

  • Review and validation Corporate Action message notifications
  • Assist in generating and reviewing the control reports daily and escalate any outstanding items to WM business
  • Assist in sending the follow-up emails to the Relationship Centre in relation to the outstanding/deficiency documents.
