Job Description

Position Overview:


  • Inbound and outbound calling

  • Scheduling appointments for our sales representatives

  • Managing calendars and routing appointments efficiently

  • Identifying and optimizing travel time between appointments

  • Following up with homeowners regarding roofing, windows, siding, gutters, and doors

  • Confirming appointments and handling reschedules

  • Entering accurate notes and customer information into our CRM

  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional phone presence

  • Following structured call scripts and processes

  • Working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks

  • Maintaining follow-up schedules and appointment confirmation processes
