Penspen is looking for a Single Point Authority/appointed person in Lifting Operations.

Qualifications Required

• Hold bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent; however, competency of SPA may be considered with regards to equivalent qualifications if there is proven record of lifting experience fulfilled subject to LTA Approval & official interview GC panel.
• Have relevant oil & gas offshore and onshore lifting related experience of not less than 7 years with minimum 5 years in a similar position.
• Have adequate training and hands‑on professional experience and be competent to act as a Single Point Authority for lifting equipment.
• Have professional qualification in ISO 9000 like Lead Auditor or similar bodies with sufficient experience in Quality Management Systems.
• Be able to write lifting plans, supervise and execute critical lifting in oil & gas companies.
