Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and apply advanced AI solutions including Agentic AI, RAG, and LLMs to enhance healthcare operations and patient care.
- Evaluate emerging technologies in NLP and Generative AI to drive continuous innovation within healthcare informatics.
- Lead the development lifecycle from prototype to production in partnership with engineering and architecture teams.
- Utilize NLP algorithms and deep learning to analyze unstructured healthcare data such as clinical notes and medical literature.
- Define and execute evaluation strategies for ML and LLM solutions, including quality metrics, bias checks, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across IT, clinical, and finance departments to identify data‑driven opportunities.
