  • Research & implement AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to enhance code writing, refactoring, debugging, and architecture design.

  • Optimize workflows by designing AI-augmented workflows for code reviews, testing, bug triaging, and documentation.

  • Build and maintain custom prompts, agents, or fine-tuned models for domain-specific tasks.

  • Measure impact: define, track, and report productivity metrics.

  • Train and mentor engineering teams on effective AI tool usage.

  • Continuously research emerging AI technologies.
