We are seeking an Applications Specialist, Diagnostic Solutions to join our team in Singapore. You will be a subject matter technical expert for the microbiology portfolio and a team player who can collaborate with different functions to achieve common business goals. This role will provide pre‑ and post‑sales support to the sales team in Singapore. Responsibilities
Serve as the Singapore point of contact for technical inquiries and product application issues. Conduct clinical product trainings and product demos for customers and countries as needed; maintain records of trainings conducted. Provide applications and troubleshooting support for the Microbiology portfolio (Instruments, reagents, informatics) – Blood Culture, IDAST, TB, Clinical Media, Industrial Microbiology, Lab Automation, Synapsys connectivity.
