**onsemi** is looking for an experienced leader to join the SiC Product Division as an Applications Engineer Director. This role is based in Munich, Germany.

As an Applications Engineer Director, you will lead a fast‑paced team that evaluates new Silicon Carbide (SiC) technologies, validates next‑generation SiC discretes for industrial and automotive markets, and supports release to production. Your job is to lead the team, interact with leading global customers and collaborate with teams across onsemi and have a direct influence on future product roadmaps.

This is a highly visible role and includes up to 10 percent travel to support customers worldwide.
