Application Support Engineer

We're looking for a hands-on Application Support Engineer to support critical digital platforms across web, mobile, and kiosk environments.

This role is suited for someone who enjoys deep troubleshooting and takes ownership of production issues, rather than just routing tickets.

What you'll be doing

• Own and resolve production incidents end to end, ensuring timely service restoration
• Perform deep troubleshooting across applications, Azure cloud services, and AEM environments
• Analyse logs to identify root causes and implement long term fixes
• Troubleshoot Azure services such as App Services, Functions, Azure SQL, and networking issues
• Support AEM production issues including publish instances, dispatcher cache, and content errors
• Investigate API failures, database connectivity, and performance bottlenecks
