Genesis10 is currently seeking a Application Support Analyst for a Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity and requires 3 days onsite.

This is a mid-level role on the Data Security team, focused on remediating an Internal Audit finding related to unstructured data and access entitlements. The position involves outreach to users and implementing controls to ensure data security and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and remediate access packages (within Varonis Data Privilege and MS EntraID) for folders and directories to ensure appropriateness of classifications and approvers


• Provide technical support for enterprise applications to ensure business continuity


• Troubleshoot issues, manage incidents, and perform routine maintenance and updates
