Job Description

Nature & Scope:


  • Providing marketing product support involving documentation, RFP review, and new product introductions

  • Reviewing and identifying alternative product solutions to meet market needs and profit objectives

  • Be familiar with and able to interpret North American and International codes and standards as they apply to products and installations (ULC, CSA, NBC, CED, DFC, OBC, NFPA, BSI)

  • Be knowledgeable on major competitors and their prime products

  • Assist in training programs for new sales/service personnel

  • Providing product technical support to all Sales, Service Technicians, internal departments and resolve product questions

  • Other related duties as assigned

    • Qualifications:

  • Post Secondary Diploma in Fire Protection Engineering, Technology, or related field of study

  • Experience in life and fire safety industry, technical fire alarm sales considered an ass...
