Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operation of an IT service in accordance with predefined service level agreements. This encompasses the thorough understanding and meticulous tracking of all service dependencies and proactive lifecycle management.YOUR CHALLENGE

The Central Identity Data Platform for JB. It provides user and persona entries along with master data. Clients connect through JID's RESTful and streaming interfaces to read the respective access data.
