Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide professional technical and application support to become a trusted solution expert for semiconductor customers.
- Provide technical analysis and suggestions to the sales team, helping to avoid direct price competition with competitors.
- Put forward application suggestions and improvement plans to extend equipment maintenance cycles and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collect and summarize customer application issues and requirements, and feedback to product managers to optimize the product roadmap.
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science or related majors.
- More than 5 years working experience in the semiconductor industry; experience with semiconductor vacuum pumps is a plus.
- Technical-oriented, good at using deductive methods to solve practical problems.
- Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
