Application Engineer will develop and implement Standard Reference Design/Applications for Commercial & Institutional Buildings segment (UPS, Low Voltage, Middle Voltage, Life Safety Products) to help our sales organization to promote/get specified the full Eaton offering to target Sub segments and personas. The Application Engineer will focus on all applications that utilize Eaton products, with a strong focus on strategic growth initiatives.

What you’ll do:

• Work closely with the segment strategy & offer leader to map the target sub-segments/micro-segments (ex: Grid, renewables, O&G ….).
• Deliver Reference Design per sub-segments and corresponding Sales tools to help the Sales organization to promote the full Eaton offering and to increase the Share of Wallet Sales for the Commercial Building and Residential Segments.
